There is nothing new under the sun. Everything we are experiencing today has already been there. The circle repeats itself constantly. There is nothing new under the sun. If we were to return a thousand years ago, we would find ourselves in a time where writers, actors and politicians are at the top of the world. This is now the case. Top athletes and actors earn huge amounts of money but are also extremely popular. It has always been the case. 

The poor are getting poorer but the rich live a wonderful life is what they used to say. Well, this can become reality again. Maybe it already is. Because of the pandemic many people will lose their jobs while others like Bezos, ceo of Amazon are having the time of their lives. He will make huge profits. One man’s bread is another man’s death. Natural disasters are becoming increasingly severe and animals are at risk of extinction. Just as in the past. In fact, we should study history carefully and learn from its mistakes. Because again, there is nothing new under the sun.

Together we can create better times

There have already been several pandemics on our planets. We have also had two world wars and many other wars. For a long time we thought that this could never happen again. We were wrong about that. The political climate is getting worse, and international doctors are warning for other pandemics. When will we all get together and say enough is enough? Together we can create better times. We need urgent action because we are not doing well. We create to many problems on the beautiful planet. It brings so much frustrations.

Perhaps we will go to a second lockdown now. A hard lockdown is, of course, a catastrophe for the industry. Many people are just tired of being locked inside. But we have to get through it. We are all looking forward to the time when we can move on. But after the pandemic we must live differently. Many of us cannot cope with a second similar pandemic.
